Ripping volume in WMP?

adjustable? I need it ripped louder, my MP3 player must have a weak max volume

What are you ripping with and what are you playing with?

The part you'll want to play with is called 'normalisation' in an oh so gramatically incorrect American way

ripping Cds to MP3 using WMP9 (I think it's 9, the new one anyway)

even when playing at max volume on my MP3 player, its a little quiet

Not used to using WMP to rip CDs - try looking in the settings for normalisation and see where that gets you (I'll have a look this evening)

I would strongly advise you to use a different ripper!

Ease of us++ for me really, it does it all fine, but the volume doesn't seem right, well it;s probably at a normal volume so no one moans about music being to loud and people going deaf, but for my MP3 player and wearing headphones and out and about on the street it feels a bit weak
