riva tuner 2.08

ive just installed riva tuner 2.08 just after a clean install with my gts 512 and can change the fan settins ok but when i go to detect clocks in the driver settings i cant see any clock speeds and the shader option isnt there

has rivatuner detected the forceware driver version no ? also theres a couple of rivatuner settings to change on pre 2.06 version which enable the shader slider, i thought latest version shows this by default but maybe worth checking, i think the commands are over at guru3d or just do a google on something like "rivatuner shader slider or clock"

in the driver settings panel it just says forceware detected.but all the setting below it have the correct driver.it wont detect any clocks at all

good, you should be able to change the shader clock independently of the core clock too

What clocks are you getting out of yours? Mine survived a run of 3DMark @ 750/1050 but crashes with the GPU or memory any higher.

fan set to 85% im hitting 800 core 2000 shaders and 1000 mem.havnt went any higher than that yet but id say its good for 850 core with the fan at 100%.its been like that from the day i got it.

850 core is unlikely. It's very rare to get past 800mhz actually with stock vGPU.
