riva tuner statistics not showing in games fps/gpu/cpu temp

can any help me please rivatunerstatistics is not displaying any info in game for me ie fps/gpu/cpu temps. I belive ive got it all set up correct I had it display all the info first when I set it up now nothing is showing up. please help

Are you using MSI Afterburner - it uses an overlay or the OSD as it's known.

yeah I'm using msi afterburner do I need to have afterburner open for it to work?

I do - have you set up the overlay properly in settings?

still having problems today I cant get the riva tuner stats to show up when playing games any ideas please ?

Do you mean you're still having problems displaying the overlay?

What's your system spec?

Yeah it was working perfectly other day after I thought I had to have msi afterburner open for it to work went to use it today and it's not working I haven't changed anything opened msi afterburner like other day but is still not working. What spec would u like to know mate?

It's ok - i thought perhaps you had a compatibility problem but you had it working so it can't be that.

I would re-check all the tick boxes you need within settings (re-apply ideally) and save. Test again.

Also do you have AFterburner load up with your computer?

No I don't have afterburner load up with computer. But the other day after I figured out I need afterburner open for the overlay to display I manually opened it before I opened the game I wanted to use the overlay on.

so strange overlay has decided it wants to work today haven't done anything different lol
