Riva tuner where do i start ?

Ok guys i have a Stock 8800GTX BFG which is watercooled running at 45 Degrees c at idle , Where do i start with Riva Tuner .

3d06 is getting me 10555 points i would love to get 12000 plus ?

Well i just cranked it up a little and ran 3d06 , Score went down to 9770 from 10555 ??????????????????? Like wtf ?

Are all of your settings identical apart from changing the clock speeds?

One thing to note is that the clocks for the core/shader/memory on the 8800GTX run off a 27x mult. In other words, the advertised clocks of 575/1800 aren't even possible. You need to go up in multiples of 27. My BFG OC was advertised at 600 core, but in reality it was running at 594. It's now runnning at 648 and the next step would be 675 (which it can't do without artifacting). I use atitool to check for artifacts - you can set a clock speed then check for artifacts. This is how I reached my max stable OC of 648/2052.

I'm really not sure why you would drop in score after overclocking, but make sure that all other settings are identical and try again.
