See ya there.

it's a shame the KCL gig sold out on the same day they released, I'm just going to wait for the full tour.

I can dig out the old tshirt now!

that's so annoying! 1. I think I'm on holiday then. 2. Nowhere near where I live :/

Have fun, you git.

new album on the way = full tour fo' sure

no doubt it'll be at somewhere like the astoria/scala/koko - i'll get you a ticket when they do IF YOU WANT IT.

New album? Wicked. And yes, get me a ticket yo, as long as the gig is before December as I may be in Canada by then! And get your arse down to Max Richter.

Hold the bus Sic:

The Walter Schreifels-led, early decade post-hardcore supergroup Rival Schools have reformed for a series of live shows, some of which will see them visit the UK this summer.

Good news II: the band will also release a new record later this year, though no precise details have emerged just yet. So, for now, those dates:

June
11 London King’s College
13 Donington Download Festival
17 Birmingham Academy II
18 Leeds Cockpit
19 Glasgow King Tut’s
20 London Radio One Rock Show Session at Maida Vale
21 Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms

More news on the album when we get it – look out for DrownedinSound to run a feature on the band and others of their early-2000s ilk very, very soon.

Hope that is closer for ya.
Don't you hate no PM sometimes?

Good read, and nice to see some love for Small Brown Bike, The Promise Ring, and Braid :)

I've msn-ed him everything in this thread but I don't think he's around at the moment...you not have him on MSN?

Excellent stuff, United By Fate was a great album - I hadn't realised they were so popular to be honest! Very tempted to head to Birmingham Academy II - very small venue I recall.

Thanks for doing that mate, I owe you a beer :).
Nope I don't use MSN much, times like this I should :D.

Thanks again, gigs when you are off work are salt of the earth! :D.

ooh ooh!! Wedgewood Rooms! :D

I have to check when I'm supposed to be on holiday but I really hope I can go to that! Thanks for the info, guys. Much appreciated.
