rivatuner 4870 driver tweaks

i was wondering when rivatuner is updated to include the new catalyst drivers (4870 compatible) are all the driver level tweaks available (i am especially interested in thr Direct x tweaks including the triple buffer write ahead setting, and the vsync/overider)
as i am having some problems with stuttering in Race 07 and these tweaks cured the problem with my old 8800gt !
Actually, does anyone know exactly what and what isnt compatible with the radeons, and catalyst drivers! i read some rivatuner features were not available with ATI radeons/catalyst.
and does anyone know of any other programs i can change the triple buffer read ahead settings with (other than rivatuner), for the 4870!

i read a post over on guru3d by the author of rivatuner that a new version to support 4800 cards won't be out until the end of july. it's because he doesn't have a card yet...... :p

Yeah, I read that too. Apparantly he has a 4850 now. He had trouble finding a buyer for his £500 GTX280 first :p
