RivaTuner - Change Fan Speed Only In Games?

Hi, i have to set my gtx fan to 70% otherwise it artifacts, its noisy if im playing games or got music on, but if i dont i can hear it.

is there a way to to turn the fan speed down if its not running games, but have it turned up if am
