Rivatuner help-can't select 60%!!

Hi,
I am trying to control my temp with Riva but i'm following some advice notes which states 3 profiles 60,80 and 100% speeds but I can't set speeds to 60% on the sliding scale!!everytime i click apply it jumps to 59 and I dont know what to do because 59% isn't in the equations.Is there a way to force it to go to 60% or a way to go back to windows controlling it?any help would be gratefully received.

Hi,
It's on an X1950 pro which I have been having probs with and for some reason I can't set it to between 59 and 63 at the moment but as i am following someone else profiles I am not sure how it will work and now i'm trying to set core thresholds andi'm stuck!
