OK, I've read SO many different guides and threads on this but I still can't find an definitive answer. All I've noticed are the guys at the Guru of 3D are sick of answering it.

How do I enable manual fan control?

I've got a Xpert Vision 8800GT with stock speeds.

Drivers - 169.21
Rivatuner version 2.06

I've noticed that no temperature is being measured in the hardware monitor section..... which doesn't seem good.

Sorry to ask here, I'd ask on the Guru forums, but to be honest other asking the same question were completely flamed :rolleyes:

try the gainward expert tool http://www.gainward.net/support/support_uk.html

btw my card isn't gainward, its xpertvision just like yours

The same tool comes with the drivers and is already installed. It doesn't show fan speed or temps though.

A gainward program wouldn't come with an xpertvision card. Don't confuse the names. Expert tool and Xpertvision.

OK, they look identical with the same menus EXACTLY but with a different name down the side.

Neither give me temps.
