RIVE Settings for a i7 3820

2400 8 x4gb forget it!!! The TRFC will have to be so relaxed you will loose perf massively. Tune your 2133mhz is your best option.
 
+I can't get 2133mhz with 4.5ghz OC.

Am I best off with 100blk / 44x multi & 2133mhz ram

or
125blk / 36x multi & 2000mhz Ram?

I was trying to get 2333mhz @ 125blk & 36 multi
 
For full dimm population and over 2133mhz you need a strong IMC and some very good RAm sticks. In your case I would go on the 100 strap and try get 2133 stable. Set 9-12-12-28 Rampage Tweak Mode 1. Then further down force the top two thirds to be 2 and force TRRSR to be 6. If necessary set TRFC to 224 or above.

Set VCCSA to 1.195v and VTT 1.5 see how this goes. For full dimm population its likely you will need more Vcore too to get the same clock stable. Vdimm 1.65v
