Riva Tuner - does it have an OSD for in games?

Been told by someone that latest version contains a Ati Tool style HUD that is on during games showing temps from the card and FPS etc.

Is that correct, if not is there a program that can do it, as i am getting crashing in Carbon and need to work out why.
