Rizoma Elisse - adapter question

Hopefully someone round here as Rizoma Elisse mirrors, or knows about them!

I'm looking to get some, but not sure if I need the adapter or not for my Speed Triple.

If you have a look here: https://www.motocard.com/en/back-mirror/rizoma-bs171b.aspx you can see the mirrors screwed directly in to the existing holes.

You can see some pics of them on a Speed here: http://www.triumphspeedtriple.fr/viewtopic.php?t=224&start=230#p72309 which matches the product picture on Motocard.

However, when you use the 'find adapter for this bike' option on the Rizoma website, it's saying I need these: https://www.motocard.com/en/back-mirror/rizoma-bs711b.aspx

Anyone know if I do actually need the adapters? Do the Rizoma mirrors come with no adapter/screws maybe, and the what's picture on Motocard is showing some with an adapter already on?

In there, the Speed is in the 'EXCEPT' list on the naked bikes table. Not too what that means :/

Nah the bar ends are not even close to as nice as the Rizomas, I prefer the stock mirrors to them.

Thanks. Just had a look at BS787B and it looks similar to the BS711, just with a hole through rather than that other bolt. It still doesn't make sense when looking at the mirrors attached to the speed on that French forum though.

That's what I'm thinking at the moment, but when you look at the pics of Rizomas in the box, the attachment bit at the bottom is different to what the guy on TriumphSpeedTriple.fr has used. But then maybe in the Rizoma box is some sort of stock adapter.

Still confused

Those would look alright I reckon, but as above, I really don't want to be making my bike any wider, awful for filtering!

Yeah, think I'm going to have to. I was just trying to avoid that as delivery time from Motocard is a few weeks - I think they order stuff in when it's ordered, then ship from Europe.

I assume you pay shipping twice either way.

Nah, shipping is free to come to me, so it'll be cheaper to order the mirrors then adapters, saves me having to pay postage to send the adapters back if I don't need them.
