rj45 + coax faceplate

im in need of help.

i have a existing female coax faceplate in my bedroom. however its quiet shabby and leads to the loft to some makeshift wire acting as an aerial.

im planning to upgrade to satellite next month. so the aerial will be redundant as the programs will be coming through freesat. i also am interested in bringing up a cat6 cable from my modem downstairs connected to the router which i plan on moving up stairs.

is there any type of dual faceplate. can anyone give me some suggestions ?
