Can anyone point me in the direction of where I might find a rj11 to rj45 male to male cable ?

Obviously without saying a competitor.

Edit: Argh!! it's not rj11 it's the little white thing you would normally plug into the wall socket for a phone point

You plug the RJ11 cable into a microfilter which plugs into the phone socket.

This would be my suggestiong. I've never seena BT->RJ45 cable before.

rj11 to rj45 would suggest some sort of digtial telephone, our phone system here uses them

thanks for all the replies however only 1 person seemed to notice I made an error in the title, it is not an RJ11, it's the normal white phone plug.

The cable I need is to plug a phone socket into a patch panel.

Use a BT-to-RJ11 cable as it'll be much easier to source.
