RM before 1pm item not delivered

I sold and item through RM yesterday and the person should have received it by 1pm. I know about the strikes but they did say will prioritise these kind of deliveries.

There has been some activity on tracking since 4am, just hope it arrives tomorrow.
Is there anything I can do about it?

Has the buyer said it hasnt come yet as the updating thing for those are terrible. I take it it was special delivery?

Yes exactly that, hoping it does come tomorrow or Saturday. But it isn't big lose if I do refund the buyer.
