RM contact details?

Is there a way to ring RM to actually get to speak to a person rather than a stupid automated system?

Trying to find out whats happened to a parcel as its just saying accepted at post office since the 18th with no update at all.

Yes, simple. Ring and don't press anything. The way 99% of all APS' work. They still have to cater for people who do not have touch tone phones.

By not pressing anything, they assume you have an analogue phone and you get put through to someone, eventually.

All home phones are analogue. I assume you meant touch tone phone.
