RM series corsair link - analog to digital connector

The item mentioned above - is it actually that informative or just a waste of money?

I'm going to be upgrading my PSU soon and saw that the connectors don't come as standard with the RM series (unless you get the 1000w version)

Just want to know if its worth spending a tenner on?

My AX1500i tells me this info digitally (it's connected to the H80i which is then USB to PC).

The only thing I ever look at on it is the power in/power out and efficiency, the voltage readings just say 12.0XX all the time and are boring.

I wouldn't bother, as you only get the voltage readings.
