Rm>Wav/MP3 and / or AVI>MP3

Been sent some files (.rm) but only sound is there anyway i can transfer it into a mp3 file?

Also have some recordings from my camcorda which are Avi files I just want to take the audio off them and so any ideas?

BTW these arnt copyrighted files

Theres a small proggy called NanDub that will allow you to save the audio from a .avi as a .wav file. Not sure where you can get this from now but I am sure it exists somewhere.

As for .rm conversion, no idea. Try looking for an audio convertor that does Real Player audio too.

while looking for that i found something called VirtualDub (which seems simular) which seems to do what i want cheers
