Hi guys,

For cabling an Astral 5090 to an RMX Shift Corsair power supply - which cables can I buy to extend from the PSU to the cable adapter which comes in the box for adequate power?
 
Why don't you just use the single 12V-2x6 GPU cable included with the RM Shift PSU? (instead of trying to extend 3 normal PCIE cables to an adapter)

If that is not long enough you could look on the Corsair website to see if they sell a longer one, or just get one custom made. They are Corsair Type 5 micro fit connectors.
