Whats the process as per my other thread need to rma a lg monitor received damaged.
I assume ocuk send a pre paid post for returning the parcel do i need to send the monitor in its original box or boxed up in another box.
It says in the fax replacement items will be sent to the manufacturer surly the item will be replaced out of ocuk stock.
Just a bit confused in the process, says not to return accessories but the monitor should be replaced with new stock so whats the issue ?
