RMA Address ?

Probably the wrong section but thought I'd ask anyway, When RMA'ing do I send it to -

Overclockers UK
Unit 5 Lymedale Cross
Lower Milehouse Lane
Newcastle-under-Lyme
ST5 9BT

Or is there another address I send it to ?

Any insight is appreciated

I think you should receive an email with the RMA process and instructions once you have contacted OcUK.

I got issued an RMA number, Just that and stick RMA in big letters next to the address ?

That is the correct address. I tend to put RMA followed by the number on both sides of the parcel.

If unsure about anything, you can ask customer services

I'm sending a parcel to ocuk and on the site it comes up as "Leoni Wiring Systems (risks) Uk".
Cant be right surely ?

No because you want to send it to OcUK.

Just type in the address.

That is another company on this business park.

Where is this coming up on?

Also, make sure you have an RMA number on the parcel. - If not the parcel will likely get lost. We have thousands of parcels in and out the warehouse everyday, so if you are just sending a product back randomly, it could be destroyed, so make sure you get a returns number from us first.

Cool, where are you typing our address onto which means it comes up with another company? Just curious as I would like to contact them to update our address on there.
