RMA Advice? - 9 weeks no replacement

Hey guys,

Need some advice. Not getting much luck via the shop at the moment. Basically I RMAed my mp3 player 9 weeks ago and still haven't recieved a replacement.

I was orginally told it would take under 2 weeks to replace it but 9 weeks later i still don't even have a estimate. Over the weeks I've been told to just wait, I'm considering my options and thought I'd ask for advice first.

No shop talk mate, but im in the same situation, they have had my Iriver H10 for ~8 weeks now.

Its annoying, but you just have to get on with it.
