i posted a gcard back to BFG tech using RM special delivery last friday and it says on there online tracking it was signed for,but bfg rma tracking say its not been recieved yet.I was woundering what is my options if bfg say they did now receive the item.

Well someone has signed for it, contact RM and ask for proof of signature.

Surely you wait to receive it back, then?

If that is a typo then check the Royal Mail tracking online for a signature.

I think he meant "not". Actually I read it as that without seeing the typo til you posted your message.

Contact RM and get them to send you a copy of the signature. Then email that to BFG and ask them the status of your GC. Have you tried emailing them yet? Might be worth getting a human contact instead of just the tracking system.

lol yes it was supposed to say Not,i emailed bfg and they have said they are going to get in contact with there uk office to see if it has been received or not.The said there rma system sumtimes is slow to update.

just checked bfg website again for there rma tracking and it now says received and replacement posted out.sorted now
