ok so i bought a new system a few weeks ago from ocuk. only just got round to finally sorting it out after some teething troubles as ive been away with work. problem was narrowed down to one of the sticks of ram. not sure what the rma procedure is; do i just send the problem stick back to ocuk? the ram was a 2gb deal and i dont have the original packaging but do have the reciept, do i have to send both sticks back or just the problem one?

Call them up and ask. Only they'll know for sure.
If I was a gambling man I'd say they'd want both back as it was a set.
