RMA but no receipt?

So i have been in touch with logitech regarding the issues with my G7 mouse and they have granted me an RMA but i cant find the receipt.
Is there anyway around this or could it be possible to get another proof of purchase from the store ?

depends how long ago you purchased the mouse?

if you pop into the store and tell them the prob etc take the box they can tell when they sold that item and therefore should be able to help you...

Ask to speak to a manager straight of the bat otherwise if you get a "computer says no" individual there will be no way and then it will be a headache to track down a reciept etc etc
