Hello guys,

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place but I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone here who had past RMA with OcUK regarding the time it takes them to turn around with the replacements.

So ok, I have one of those OCZ StealthXStream 600w PSUs which had the faulty fan speed control thingamajigs resulting lots of noise (so much for the stealth part :p)

I have 2 options one to RMA it ro OcUK or directly back to OCZ.

Now the real issue for me is that I just moved to Uni and I’ll rather get this sorted as fast as its possible so my question is which would be faster OCZ which are based in Holland OR OcUK which is where the unit was purchased and are well based in UK.

Thanks

How old is the PSU.

I would be inclined to go direct with OCZ, as Ocuk once they test it and then send it on to OCZ will be a few days.

The unit is bout 10months old.
Are you saying OcUk actually will direct my RMA to OCZ when the receive it?

alrighty ^^ guess I'm better off sending it to them if you guys say so, but yeah no pc at start of uni that's going to be fun fun
