RMA Faulty Graphics Card Question.

I have sent my R9 290X back to overclockers as I believe the card is Faulty / Defective , my question is , if this is the case , can I pay the extra and upgrade the card to a newer model or do you have to have a replacement ?

how long have you had the card? under 14days and they will refund you.

after that i am 99% that the card is replaced by the maker not OcUK

You may have to get refunded , then choose another card...I think

Put a post in customer services and ask the same question.
They'll either say yes or no!

But would you still not get the 3 year Warranty from MSI ?

RMA through OcUK is painless. 1st card directly replaced by OcUK, 2nd card is off to Sapphire for repair or replacement as I have had the card for 11 months now after initial card went U/S. So l am guessing it will goto MSI for repair or replacement.
