RMA for PSU Fan Noise?

My OCZ Psu has been giving me grief lately. To begin with, it buzzes when my GPU is under load and the buzz comes out my speakers. I chose to ignore this and put up with it but the latest addition is that the fan makes a noise similar to hard drive activity when the system is under load (my guess because the fan spins up). My question is, are the reasons enough for an RMA (i.e. it won't be sent back to me).

Cheers

Hmmm, I don't think they'll replace it for noise. RMA'ing a product is only a good idea if it's faulty. Thus, when they come to test it, and it's not faulty just a bit noisy, they'll send it back and charge you.

Stick a screwdriver through the fan hole and smack the end with a hammer. Now it's faulty and it can now be RMA'd... :P JK, It's wrong and should never be done.

I returned one for the same issue, cap was buzzing and annoying the hell out of me i contacted ryder through the ocz forums and he gave me a rma, 3 weeks later i got a brand new modular 850 psu
