RMA from OcUK

few months ago i built a friend a PC, i under estimated the psu which came with an antec case..

any point is he's contacted Antec and they told him to go to OcUK, he's talked to OcUK and he recieved the following Email

that was a week ago and he still hasnt heard back from them, what should he do?

He should call OCUK. Matters to do with orders and RMA won't be dealt with on the forum due to personal information. I'm sure if he calls someone they'd be able to help him further.

Send an RMA weebnote to OcUK asking to RMA the case+PSU due to the PSU having failed.

Logical really to be honest.
