I'm taking my GPU to the store myself tomorrow rather than posting it, I no longer have the original box I believe as it's over 2 years old - I will put it in an anti static bag but will I have to package it all up if I'm delivering it by hand?

Would suggest that you open a thread in customer services who can advise first hand as to their requirements :)
You will definitely need to provide details of order number etc

BTW - welcome to the forums :D:D
