Hi guys, bought an MSI 560ti 2gig graphics card in october 11. A few days ago my case started making a lot of noise, i assumed it was either the cpu fan or the graphics card. So i pulled the graphics card and started the system, which ran silent.

I cleared the dust out off the graphics cards fans and put it back in. The noise returned. If i put my hand on the fan on the card and stop it moving the noise stops indicating that its some sort of issue there.

I assume i need to return it as faulty? However the card itself seems to be running fine and temp readings are ok just the noise....im worried that i will get charged to RMA and item which appears to function ok??

Advice please. Many thanks

I would send MSI an email about the problem and video of the noise see what they say
or goto MSI forums

I thought i was supposed to deal with the vendor ie overclockers, rather than the manufacturer?

Overclockers deal with it ive just sent a mother board in for replacement, if it was a laptop then you would have to send it to MSI.
Post in customer service your problem and your transaction number in there they will do the rest.
Hope this helps.
