I bought a AMD 390 on the 19th of June and the drivers don't seem to agree with my system I keep getting graphics crashes in world of tank, world of warships and Star Trek online which I never got with my previous nvida card, will overclockers accept it back under DSR or what ever it is called now or am I too late?

You have a 14 day return with OCuk so get your post in the CS forum now and ask to return it. As long as they get the request within 14 days you should be okay. They however allowed to charge a restocking fee and you will have to pay to return the item though you can request a refund of that.

Did you fully remove the NVIDIA drivers with a driver removal utility, before installing the AMD drivers?

Has that not changed? The Distance Selling Regulations no longer apply in UK law. As of 13 June 2014 the new Consumer Contracts Regulations

you're entitled to a refund of the total amount you paid, including costs to ship the item to you. No admin or restocking fees should be charged.
