hi can some one tell me how i go about getting my ssd drive sent back for rma only got it in jan thanks inadvance

unable to install os on it keep getting error message with black screen error sates 009ccf or something like that soon as i remove ssd drive from my pc i am able to install os on any other hdd in my pc
