RMA Info

Hey guys,

Had to send my Asus Sabertooth Z77 back to OCUK as it was completely dead after a couple of weeks of perfect use, my question is how long does an RMA take usually ?

I think that depends on Asus? So, probably a while. IDK, Best to check with ocuk themselves in the customer service forum / drop a webnote on the shop site.

If it has gone back to ASUS, it will take a while. Their RMA process is painfully slow at best.

I wont buy from them ever again.

Surely if it goes back to OCUK after 2 weeks they test for faults themselves and just send a new one out and sort it out with ASUS afterwards?

The CM keyboard i sent back faulty on Monday was received on Thursday i think and a new one shipped on Friday
