Sorry, I should have been more specific. I've already got an RMA number, I was looking for boxing and postage info, which I couldn't find on the site.

Make sure it's packaged securely, if you're sending it to OcUK put the RMA number on the package 3 or 4 times clearly.

Yeah you have to sort the posting of it back yourself, then if its found faulty you get your postage costs back.
