Hey guys, found out the problem to my issues, The Memory, just Ran Memtest and it gave me all sorts of errors. So how would i go about sending this Memory back?

Assuming you bought it with OcUK, your best bet is to send them a webnote (through contact) requesting an RMA number for your product.

They will then give you an RMA number which you attach to the sending details on the parcel you return and they'll sort it out within the following couple of days. (they shouldn't have to test the RAM as they didnt test my GSkill RAM when I returned it within 28 days of purchase)

Also, you are within your rights to request your money back (unwanted - 7 days, I believe) and this may be the quicker of the two options available to you.

Hope this helps
