Ok i Have some OCZ PC6400 and failed memtest, I got it in sep from OCUK, can I return it to them? Anyone done this? Will they send me a new set or will they let me choose somthing else? Any ideas 2night? Just wondering if I can get a answer now, if not will call in morning. I have recipt here showing I paid £47 for them. Its just they rma to neatherlands, and I dont really want to wait and pay postage out there, will OCUK deal with it and give me money back or let me have a credit note?

Send it back to OcUK and they will RMA it to Holland for you. They might just replace it as it's still current, but usually they send it off. It does usually come back quite quickly though.

I know what you mean, ive got to RMA my Corsair to California! OcUK wont do it as the ram is exactly 12 months and 1 day old!

Ah ok. Cheers. I brought some OCZ 1000mhz Alpha now, so will they give me money back or a credit note or let me get somthing else (and pay difference) or just send me some new ones of the same?

You'll need to call tech support or send a webnote. It will probably be replaced, since its over 28 days since purchase.

Cheers, done given me a RMA and they will replace, just have to send to OCUK, better than Netherlands. cheers

Have been told maybe down to motherboard, so testing 1 stick at a time in slot closest to cpu, doing 1 stick at min and 60% in so far soo good. Could also be PSU I was told so might change that after, but i would say it was mobo (only cos I dont get on with this motherboard)

Its a Asus P5KC anyone got one of these and have run memtest? what do you get?

Ran each module sepratly and fine if ran seperatly. Then ran 2gether and error again. not memory then, must be somthing else, wonder what?

Lol was that. Im a thicko. Fine with 2 passes. the other set must have been tho as set Voltage for that lot. Cheers RaiderX

I RMAed a kit to OCZ. One stick was faulty.

I got the new kit and sold it in the MM without opening it. I had an email from the buyer - one stick was faulty in the new set. I was mightily unimpressed and gave them a snotty email. Absolutely unacceptable and made me feel really bad for selling faulty goods!
