I recieved my product yesterday and have an RMA NUMBER

Should i RMA it first class or is it fine if i RMA it 2nd class, how much is the difference between the 2? any idea

how much is it worth?

if it's worth less than £32 first class (preferably recorded) with proof of postage (the recorded delivery slip if you go that way, otherwise you can get a certificate of postage free from the post office).

If it's worth more than £32 use a service that garuntess it and offers compensation for the value of the item (special delivery etc), as if it goes missing on the way back to whoever you bought it from you could end up out of pocket.

I've often wondered that. If it's faulty, surely it's not worth much, as it's broken...

But you should be insuring it to replace it with a working item should it go missing. Surely, they won't replace it under insurance with another broken one so it is the same value as your original...
