Hey guys so after a little lengthy conversation to Corsair via failed Ram i received a update on the 27th giving me the shipping slip to corsair and i sent it off via Next day delivery including signature and I've yet to hear anything back.
Anyone know how long corsair usually take when it comes to RMA? As it's been a few days and nothing yet.
Not really bothered about the length of time it's just a little concerning considering they haven't updated the ticket to even say "Arrived" days later that it had actually arrived and i was given no time table.
I'm hoping someone can maybe help.
