You get an RMA number by starting the RMA process with the shop or manufacturer. Think of it as a ticket number or case report. Call or write to the shop or manufacturer and tell them you want to initiate a return. They'll help you through the rest.
If you ring up OcUK, then they issue an RMA number, and they also send details of it (and the number itself again) to the email registered to your shop account.
If you have been assigned an RMA number and need to know what it is, you can view it via the website.
Load the shop website
Click on 'Your Account' (top right of the screen)
Once logged in, click 'RMA History' from the menu on the left hand side.
Outstanding and previous RMAs will appear. If nothing is displayed, you need to raise the RMA, easiest way to do this is phone the support number, also available on the website.
