Hi, I realise this should be in the customer service forum, but not sure if it is manned after working hours .
Have arranged on that forum for a faulty new graphics card RMA and it is supposed to be picked up tomorrow from my address but not sure of process as the website says postage must be paid by me .
Do I box it up, put ocuk address and rma number on and that is sufficient ?
Know I should have found out earlier but been otherwise occupied.
Thanks for any advice.

IIRC the process is as you have described, you do pay the return cost, initially, however once the returned item is tested, if found faulty, the postage will be refunded. However if it is found not faulty, you pay a testing fee and return postage and then it is returned to you.

You should have all this info in the email from CS, the one that gave you the RMA, it includes all terms and conditions too.

Good luck.

Cheers for the reply - Didn't get an email tho' , just confirmed pickup today on the CS forum (there is an RMA number opened on my account page).
As for payment , if courier is picking it up today I'm now thinking that it's taken care of .
Could be that its not a "standard" rma as it was a used item sold as new.
