RMA Query

So I've decided I'm going to try and RMA my graphics card, as soon as my shiny new 8800GTS comes through.

Now, the question I have is, just how exactly do I go about this? I purchased it from one of OcUKs rivals, so I can't mention any names just here, but I was wondering if theres a general process I have to follow? I've checked the companies website, and theres a form I can fill out to query returning a product, but I thought RMAing was different to this?

Any help appreciated.

You should be able to RMA it selecting various reasons why you are sending it back, why are you going to RMA?

My Cards broken, basically. I finally got another card to test in my rig (a 6800), and that ran far better than my current 7900GT. I've got some screen shots of my what happens in games and stuff when my 7900GT is installed, if you were really interested.

When it comes down to RMAing it, what do I do exactly? Do I need to contact the company first and sort it out over of the phone or something?

You should be able to select reason for RMA online, like Dead on arrival, faulty under warranty etc etc. It depends how good their online returns service is. Might be worth ringing them and asking what to do. How long have you had it?

Since september, so it's within the manufacturers warranty if nothing else.

I'll give them a ring I think, as their online service doesn't really seem to mention anything with regards to RMAing.
