RMA question

Right here's a quick one.

RMA'ing my medusa headphones and have got the rma number and everything sorted out but do i need to send the recipt off aswell?

No, just put a note in their with the original onvoice number on it.

Note as in.....? Just the invoice number written on it or something else aswell?

O.K Just a piece of paper with your original invoice number on it.

Cant you get precise instructions from the website???

You dont state if it's from ocuk or not or a competitior

It's from OCUK and cant find any instructions.

Oh well, Just to be on the safe side, i'll include the original invoice (i got 2 copies)

hey mate....

OCUK just require you put the RMA number on either side of the package and right on top above the address....
