RMA Question

Guys, how does the RMA thing work? Ive asked OCUK for an RMA number but they have sent me an email saying

'Dear XXXX'

I have issued you an RMA number for this item.

Where is the RMA number? dont i need it for postage? Do i sent it to OCUK or what??
