I bought a HIS 4850 IceQ turbo last week that was DOA. I've RMA'd it back and am now waiting for testing but I see that they're now out of stock of these cards.
I've got 3 systems all waiting for xmas for various people and I can't do a sodding thing without this card! Has anyone else been in this position with OCuk regarding RMA?
I need to know if they will refund or try and give me something different ASAP as I really need to get these PC's finished. Thinking of just buying one from elsewhere but don't want to do that if they won't refund...
