RMA question

Hi All,

Was wondering, when you send your product back to ocuk for RMA and DPD come to collect yout item, do they provide a label with the ocuk delivery address or de we need to provide our own. Asking this as I do not want to write on the box and it diminish my return value if a label is provided.

It will vary, nobody can give an accurate answer.

I would also suggest you box it up rather than just sending the item in it's own box.

You’re always best posting things in an outer box - not just the device’s box.
By your logic, the label will also diminish the item’s value.
