Have to say I'm flabbergasted how good OC RMA service is. I called Monday as my Moza KS wheel downshift suddenly stopped working mid race after 6 months of ownership..
I phoned up, spoke to a great guy, asked few questions and he issued RMA, 20mins later it was repackaged and dropped off at couriers, had message yesterday(24hrs later) that a replacement was on its way. In fact a brand new replacement just arrived

This is first time ever had to return something, and service was outstanding, was expecting to have to wait an age to get it sorted.

Its down to Moza policy.

They I understand are exceptionally good.

Some manufacturers want to see the product themselves before replacing, so OcUK have to send it off first.

Trust me OcUK are doing the bare minimum. It’s moza you need to thank.
