RMA.. what to do?

Ive recieved an RMA code... what do i do now.. do i print out the email with the RMA code on it and send it with the product back to the place of purchase...

or should i just send the actual product with no attached email stating the RMA code.

ok thanks..

so i just put it all in original packaging.. print out email pop it in a box..

and put the rma number on the outside too.
