Recently purchased a case from OcUK and it arrived with a dent in the top, making it very difficult to open the door.
Ive sent numerous webnotes and only had 2 replies.
Last one was sent this morning with pictures to prove it.
Rang them up twice and both times was told it would be sorted now, this was 2pm..
So im still waiting here at 7.30 for a reply..
Who else can i contact to speed things up?
