I recently discovered one of the 2gb memory modules of my 4gb OCZ Obsidian pack is faulty. I realise i will have to send back to OCZ direct (Netherlands???)and i have submitted an RMA request.
I am just wondering has anyone else done this with OCZ and did they have any troubles? Also will i have to send BOTH the 2gb modules as they came in a pack or just the defective one??
Absolute pain this but at least i know the cause of my "4.00gb (2.00gb Useable) on Windows System Info eh!
ps Didnt buy the memory from OCUK - although it would not have made a difference would it? - I would still have to deal with OCZ direct?
